James Piercey

James Piercey has been a writer at The Dream Shake since 2021. He is, in all likelihood, Canada’s biggest Rockets fan. James graduated from the Memorial University of Newfoundland with an M.A. in Political Science and the College of the North Atlantic with a degree in Journalism. His work has appeared in NBA Analysis, Fansided, Last Word on Sports, Canadian Grocer and various other outlets. James is a color commentator for the Newfoundland Rogues, a professional basketball team in the Basketball Super League (BSL)
